Blanche joined FarmAbility as a volunteer in November 2021, having previously worked in mental and physical health in the NHS and volunteered with several mental health and learning disability charities. In her spare time, she loves running and baking.

Programme Leader (Garden)
Clare is a life-long vegetable grower and studied Social and Therapeutic Horticulture before joining the team in 2016. She leads on our garden and food growing projects across all sites and has helped us create wonderful raised bed garden designs across Oxfordshire!
Coralie
CEO
Coralie has over 25 years of experience in forestry, conservation, farming and public health-based organisations in front facing delivery roles and at Director and Board level. She is passionate about the value of meaningful and creative activity in the outdoors and the equitable access to those opportunities for everybody in society, alongside the vital role we all have in protecting and restoring the natural environment.
David
Programme Leader
David joined FarmAbility in November 2025 after a long career in theatre scenic carpentry and bespoke furniture. He also spent ten years running activities with young people in The Woodcraft Folk. As a firm believer in the value of cooperative teamwork and the positive effect of making things, David’s goal is to enhance the variety of projects for the co-farmers at FarmAbility. David enjoys folk singing, fell walking, sculpture and Morris dancing.

Programme Leader
Before joining FarmAbility, Ed worked with young adults with autism and learning difficulties at a specialist college in Brighton. Alongside his role as Programme Leader, he also works as a gardener and is interested in permaculture and sustainability. He likes making music and bicycle touring.

Erin
Programme Leader/ Thriving in Nature Project Officer
Erin studied a masters degree in biology and conservation at the University of Birmingham. She then became a qualified Forest School Leader. She has experience working with children and their families at Forest school and conservation working on a nature reserve in Wales. Erin loves birds and moths – going for walks and reading books about them!
Jenna
Finance Lead
Jenna is an experienced accounts manager qualified with AAT. She works at FarmAbility 2 days per week and another 2 days a week at the Oxfordshire Federation of Women’s Institutes. In her spare time, she loves doing DIY, crafts, painting nails in her own salon and swimming.
Jenny
Operations and Projects Manager
Jenny joined us in June 2022, she has worked in outdoor learning for almost 20 years. She is a qualified Forest School Leader and has experience working with children, adults and families. Jenny has a love of nature and the outdoors, she is passionate about upcycling and using things from nature. She is a keen amateur gardener, veggie grower and loves cooking outdoors on a fire or indoors!

Communications & Events Officer
Jess, who joined FarmAbility in January 2025, is both an experienced marketing communications professional and an RHS qualified gardener. Jess is responsible for setting and delivering our communications strategy and organising our events. A huge women’s football supporter, Jess also enjoys being outside, walking her dog and spending time with equines.
JoJo
Occupational Therapy and Wellbeing Lead
Jojo supports the Occupational Therapy university students who come on placement with us and guides our wonderful volunteers to get the most out of their time at FarmAbility. JoJo is an avid nature lover and enjoys getting active in the great outdoors.
Josie
Volunteer and Training Coordinator
Josie came to FarmAbility from a background in mental health, research, and inclusion work. She is a Modern Languages graduate, so is always interested in how different people use language. She feels strongly about making society a better place for disabled people, by using the social model of disability and advocating for accessibility. She is interested in finding creative solutions to the difficulties people might have whilst here at FarmAbility. She loves painting, horses, and quiet countryside spaces.

Programme and Office Co-ordinator
Jude joined us in January 2025. Before that, she spent four years as a Teaching Assistant in the Early Years department at Bladon School. Prior to her time in education, she worked with various charities, focusing on events and administrative roles. Outside of work, Jude enjoys walking her Jack Russell, Mable, and spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Nicola
Co-Farmer Outcomes Lead
Nicola began her current role after working as a Programme Leader and Volunteer. She is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a degree in Psychology and a special interest in the therapeutic benefits of meaningful activities in green spaces. Her focus is on supporting co-farmers as they progress and develop new skills, friendships and increased independence. She is passionate about breaking down barriers to learning and has a life-long love of nature. In her free time, she enjoys wild swimming, growing veg and planting community hedgerows.

Deputy CEO
Olek has been working with people with learning disabilities and autism for over ten years in all sort of different settings. He is passionate about co-creating supportive communities and believes that the benefits of the outdoors, connection with nature and other people should be available to all! He is a self-taught guitar player and likes to juggle.
Rosie
Programme Leader
After a career as a competition groom and lecturer in equine studies Rosie retrained as a primary school teacher and taught for 8 years. She has a real interest in the therapeutic benefits of play and nature and is currently training as a play therapist. She absolutely loves animals and is also a passionate potter.

Will
Programme Assistant
Will has volunteered for many years with our co-farmers when working at Park Farm and the Pleasure Gardens on Blenheim Estate. An expert when it comes to anything sheep related, Will has helped many co-farmers experience the joy of lambing season. As well as his role as Programme Assistant for two days a week, Will continues to volunteer – supporting the team at Willowbrook Farm.
